I need to transfer a wine chiller (approx. 38kg) from my friend’s house to my house and goggled for mover service on 17 Aug 2018. Yong Shen mover came out from the search and I called them to see if they are keen for a small job after reading the good reviews from the website. To my pleasant surprise, Cynthia came back with a quote within 2 hours and confirmed the job order for Sunday move. I would like to commend on Cynthia’s prompt response to my request and great service on the move. Despite the small job, Yong Shen took it seriously and item was cling wrapped (with no additional charge) and moved within minutes from my friend’s place (with no floor scratching) on 19 Aug 2018. The guy even advised me to power on chiller after 2 hours as it is not good to power on immediately after move. The whole engagement process was simple & personal with no complicated web navigation including payment was such a breeze. It was First Class service provided by the team from Yong Shen who helped us on 18 May 18. We had many items including our King Size bed frame and mattress. We also had a grand piano which is bulky. The team is punctual and efficient. Within 20 mins, all the boxes and items were neatly wrapped and secured The unloading and assembly of the items back into its original state was impressive. No time was wasted and the team know exactly what to do when they arrived at the new Condo. I was to give special compliment to the supervisor of the team Jack, a young and extremely professional person who led his team to support my house moving. My neighbour who spotted the swift actions by the movers was so impressed that they came over and got the name card from Jack.
